Fidelitas Seychelles International Business Companies
Seychelles IBC is a non resident Seychelles company that is exempt from taxes and can undertake any activity in any part of the world other than in Seychelles. It also cannot undertake business activities of Banking, Insurance, and Trusts etc.
Structure of an Seychelles IBC:

- Meeting can be held on telephone or by any other electronic means.
- Meetings of the Directors can be optional.

- IBC is exempt from all taxes on income derived outside
- Seychelles Share holder of Seychelles IBC is exempt from any tax on his income derived from IBC
- IBC is also exempt from stamp duties

- Also words such as Banks, Assurance, Building, Society, Chamber of commerce, foundation, trust etc may not be used without special permission license.
