The foundation actives are legally independent are no part of the founders wealth. They cannot be executed nor be part of any action except on those cases where this is a direct consequence of the foundation objectives.
Panamanian Foundations do not pay any kind of tax as a result of constitution, modification or dissolution and neither they do for transference or registration of their own actives or their income.
