Annual Report
US Annual Report or Statement of Information
Most US states require that you file an Annual Report to keep company information current with the Secretary of State. This presents one more task and deadline to keep track of.
Let us file your Annual Report so that you can attend to business—and not to paperwork. Read more below, or contact us and we’ll begin the filing for you.
US Annual Reports
US Corporations and LLCs must report to the state information about business activities, business locations, and current contact information for owners/managers. Most states require this information be updated annually. By submitting the Annual Report (sometimes called Statement of Information), this filing requirement is met.
Please note that under most conditions (whether a new business, conducting business, or not conducting business at the time, etc.) you are required to file according to your state’s schedules which vary by state.
If a business doesn’t file in a timely manner, the corporation or LLC could be subject to suspension or dissolution in addition to having penalties and late fees imposed by the state.

- The registered office address of the company;
- The address (single alternate inspection location – SAIL) where the company keeps certain company records if not at the registered office, and those records held there;
- The details of the company secretary (corporate or individual), where applicable; and
